We centralize the purchase of batches directly at our facilities, becoming the trusted delivery point for farmers and suppliers. We evaluate the yield of each lot upon arrival and manage wholesale acquisition with total transparency, offering an agile commercial service adapted to the conditions of each operation.

Before authorizing unloading into the silos, we perform rigorous sampling of each raw lot. The yield analysis is the first of the quality controls we carry out at Almendras Utrera.

Using recently acquired cracking machines, we shell the almonds while managing to minimize mechanical damage to the kernel. Subsequently, specialized machinery screens and classifies the almonds by exact millimeter sizes.

We combine advanced optical vision systems, including hyperspectral cameras and artificial intelligence, with an exhaustive manual review on the belt. This double safety filter ensures that the product meets the client's standards and specifications.

The blanching process at our facilities is carried out under strict temperature controls to avoid altering the properties of the almond. The result is a white, clean, and homogeneous almond, with excellent performance in subsequent processes, such as roasting.

We transform the raw material to adapt it to the specific requirements of the confectionery industry and large-scale distribution. Through precision cutting and milling, we process the kernel into the four key formats most requested by our clients:

• Slivers
• Diced
• Flour

We design tailored solutions according to the destination channel, offering different formats that facilitate logistical handling and guarantee optimal preservation until consumption. Among the most used packaging are big bags, sacks, 10kg and 5kg boxes, and 5kg and 1kg bags.

We coordinate a solid distribution network and intelligent warehouse management to ensure punctual deliveries both nationally and internationally. We optimize loading times so that each batch reaches the client's facilities respecting the agreed commercial deadlines.
